【Abstract】 To construct eco-city is the aim of resource-type cities’ development and it is also the main method and effective mode of gaining sustainable development of resource-type cities. In the view of systematic construction, the problems concerning the construction of eco-cities are discussed from the following aspects:the building planning of eco-cities, the scientic utility of resource,developing of inhabitable ecological environment,raising of the city-construction fund according to the conception of urban management,strengthening of building and protection of ecological environment, and developing of cyclical economy.更多还原
