薄壁圆筒零件变形的有限元法研究
Research on thin-walled column parts with finite element analysis method
【摘要】 薄壁圆筒类零件受集中载荷作用将产生复杂弹塑性变形。文章采用有限元方法分析此类零件在径向集中载荷作用下变形过程 ,利用 ANSYS有限元结果和计算机图形学方法相结合 ,计算了薄壁圆筒类零件在径向集中载荷作用下变形位移等值线 (面 ) ,并绘制了路径图。实验结果表明 ,有限元模拟分析方法是求解此类零件受径向集中载荷变形问题的有效方法之一 ,可以作为薄壁圆筒类零件工艺设计的有效工具
【Abstract】 Complex deformation may appear in the thin-walled column parts under concentrated load. The Finite Element Analysis Method (FEAM) is used to analyze the deformation process of such parts under the radially concentrated load,and the isoline of deformation is calculated. The calculation results are compared with the experimental results,which proves that the FEAM is an effective way to resolve such deformation problems and can be applied in the technological design.
