赝三元热电材料的机械合金化冷压烧结法制备
PSEUDO-TERNARY THERMOELECTRIC MATERIALS PREPARED BY MECHANICAL ALLOYING COLD-PRESSING AND SINTERING METHODS
【摘要】 本文采用机械合金化法成功制备了N型和P型赝三元(Bi2Te3-Sb2Te3-Sb2Se3)合金粉体材料,利用XRD和SEM对材料的合金化程度和材料粉体粒度进行了分析,该材料颗粒均匀、细小,颗粒尺寸平均在100nm量级左右.在此基础上采用冷压烧结法制备了赝三元机械合金化冷压烧结热电材料,并对材料的电学性能进行了测试和分析.
【Abstract】 The powders of N-type and P-type pseudo-ternary(Bi 2Te 3-Sb 2Te 3-Sb 2Se 3)thermoelectric materials were prepared by mechanical alloying method.The powders were measured and analyzed by XRD and SEM methods. The grains of powders are about 10~100 nm. The blocks of pseudo-ternary thermoelectric materials were prepared with those powders by cold-pressing and sintering methods. The Seebeck coefficient and electrical conductivity were measured and analyzed.
