GFRP/CFRP混合材料的延性分析
Ductility analysis of the synthetic fabric of CFRP and GFRP
【摘要】 为克服一种FRP加固时的缺陷,并提高加固性能,降低加固费用,从FRP加固的破坏机理入手,用数学方法,并借助于数学工具和编程对碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)与玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP)两种应力—应变线性材料在不同比例、不同概率分布等情况下混合后的延性进行了分析,从而克服了单一FRP材料在加固中的弊端,并得出影响CFRP与GFRP混合材料延性的因素.其中,纤维强度,单丝极限应变分布概率,以及两种材料的峰值应力差和其对应应变差值对混合后材料的应力—应变全曲线形状影响较大.
【Abstract】 In order to avoid defect in reinforcement and enhance the mechanical performance and decrease the cost,a theory is put forth in this paper.The ductility of the synthetic fabric of CFRP and GFRP which stress is linear with their strain in different proportion and probability density is analysed.And then the defect of the material made of single fiber in reinforcement can be overcome,and the factors that affect of the ductility of the synthetic fabric also can be summed up. Among these factors,the fiber stress,the probability of fiber ultimate strain,the layers and the differences of peak stress and the corresponding strain take great part in the stress-strain curve.
