隔震换能控制装置力学性能试验研究

【摘要】 根据隔震换能控制系统的工作原理和液压系统的设计原则,设计制作了一套隔震换能控制装置,并在电液伺服加载系统上进行了试验,测试了隔震换能控制装置的主要力学性能.试验研究表明,隔震换能控制装置具有非常好的换能性能,并且具有出力大、位移大、耗能能力大等特点.

【Abstract】 According to the operating principle of the control system for isolation and energy transform and the design principle of hydraulic system,a control device for isolation and energy transform is designed and manufactured. The device is tested on the three-channel coordinate loading system, and the main mechanical performance of the device is studied. The results show that the device has well energy transform performance, and the hysteresis loop of device is approximative parallelogram. The experiment shows that the device has the properties of big force, big displacement, and strong energy dissipation.
