轴向车铣切屑仿真的研究

【摘要】 为了对轴向车铣加工的切屑进行仿真,通过运动的矢量方程,给出了切屑仿真的数学模型,阐述了切屑形状的计算机仿真原理,并通过仿真得到了不同工艺参数下的切屑形状.分析切屑仿真结果可知,轴向车铣切屑由相互垂直且相连的两部分组成,由于切削厚度的变化致使切屑变形不均匀,极薄的切入和切出预示着在轴向车铣过程中,铣刀刃口的圆弧半径对精加工表面有较大影响.

【Abstract】 For emulating the chip in the axial turn-milling, the mathematic model of emulating chip is given through the vector equation of the movement. The principle of emulating chip with the computer is expounded, and the form of the chip is got under the different technology parameters by emulating. Analyzing the results of emulating chip show that the chip consists of two conjoint parts. The chip deformation isn’t even as a result of changing the thickness of the chip. The paper-thin thickness of the chip on the cutting entrance and exit indicates that the corner radius of the milling cutter influence on the surface of the finish machining greatly in the axial turn-milling.
