超精密切削切屑形成过程的三维有限元仿真
3-D finite element simulation of chip formation in ultraprecision cutting process
【摘要】 基于大变形有限元理论,建立了超精密切削的三维有限元模型,利用通用的商业有限元软件实现了超精密切削切屑形成过程的三维仿真.并对正交直角切削和斜角切削切屑的形成过程进行了比较深入的分析研究.结果表明:在同样切削条件下,斜角切削过程中产生的切削热、塑性应变和等效应力小于正交直角切削时产生的切削热、塑性应变和等效应力.
【Abstract】 Based on the large deformation finite element theory, three-dimensional finite element simulation model of ultraprecision machining process was established. Utilizing general commercial software, the simulation of chip formation process was realized successfully, and the chip formation process of orthogonal cutting and oblique cutting were analyzed in detail. The results indicated that the cutting force, cutting temperature, equivalent strain and equivalent stress in orthogonal cutting process are less than that of oblique cutting process.
