6-氯吡啶-3-甲醛的简便合成
A convenient synthesis of 6-chloro-3-pyridinecarboxaldehyde
【摘要】 根据Kornblum反应原理,采用二甲亚砜(DMSO)氧化2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶,一步反应得到6-氯吡啶-3-甲醛.考察了反应时间、反应温度和催化剂用量等因素对产物收率的影响,确定了较佳反应条件:2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶20mmol,碳酸氢钠40mmol,碘化钾10mmol,DMSO100mL,反应时间8h,反应温度100℃,产物收率可达到76.2%.
【Abstract】 6-chloro-3-pyridinecarboxaldehyde was synthesized from the reaction of 2- chloro-5-chloromethylpyridine with dimethyl sulfoxide in presence of NaHCO3 and KI.The effects of temperature,reaction time and the amount of the catalyst etc. were discussed. The optimum condition of oxidation was 2-chloro-5-chloromethylpyridine 20?mmol, NaHCO3 40?mmol, KI?10?mmol, DMSO?100?mL, the reaction temperature 100℃, the reaction time 8?h. The yield of 6-chloro-3-pyridinecarboxaldehyde was 76.2?%.
