【Abstract】 Set out from the E-go-(vernment) public,this text confirm that the E-government is a kind of special public goods,it has non-rivalry in consumption,non-excludability and the positive-externalities that makes it become a kind of merit goods,institution like public goods.This text provides the quantitative relation analysis of the some equilibrium of E-government in this respect,the construction scale of the E-gove(rnment) is limited by in the scale of the tax revenue,is influenced by people’s demand of different incomes,to which,this text has provided the method of defining the E-government equilibrium quantity.更多还原
