【摘要】 伴随着网络和远程教育的发展,教学资源的共享和教学系统的互操作成为了一个十分重要也十分迫切的问题。在教育部的领导下,我国开始了远程教育技术规范的研究和制定工作,着重解决上述两个问题。对国际上的教育技术规范作了简单的介绍,着重阐述了我国现代远程教育技术系列规范(DLTS)的总体框架,对各个子标准作了简要的介绍,同时阐明了各个子标准之间的相互关系。最后,还对标准的应用作了相关的说明,并给出了一个应用的实例。

【Abstract】 With the development of network and distance learning, sharing of learning resources and interoperating of learning systems becomes a very important and impendent issue. Our country also began the research and the establishment of distance learning technology standards under the lead of the Ministry of Education to solve the above problems. This paper delivers a brief introduction to the learning technology standards in the world and focuses on the framework of distance learning technology standard (DLTS) of our country. Also it introduces every sub-standard in brief and makes the relationship between them clear. Finally, it points out the applications of this series of standards and gives an example which is conformed to these standards.
