等离子弧喷焊纳米Y2O3/Co50复合涂层的研究
Investigated on the Nano-Y2O3/Co50 Composite Coatings by Plasma Transfer Arc Spray Welding
【摘要】 运用光学金相、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和磨粒磨损机等仪器,研究了纳米-Y2O3/Co50涂层的组织、结构和耐磨性。结果表明:喷焊层主要由树枝晶和其间共晶组成。未加纳米Y2O3的喷焊层主要由γ-Co和(Cr,Fe)7C3组成;加入纳米Y2O3的喷焊层主要由γ-Co,Cr,Fe)7C3和Cr23C6组成。加入0.8%纳米Y2O3,喷焊层的耐磨性有所提高。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and wear resistant of nano-Y2O3/Co50 coatings produced by plasma transfer arc spray welding were studied by means of opitical metalography,scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and wear tester. The results showed that the both coatings were made up of dendrite and eutectic among the solution. There existed γ-Co and (Cr,Fe)7C3 in Co50 coatings and γ-Co,(Cr,Fe)7C3 and Cr23C6 in nano-Y2O3/Co50 coatings. The wear resistant of coatings increased greatly by adding 0.8% nano -Y2O3.
