【摘要】 针对某公司80 MN水压机下梁出现的成旧性裂纹状况,对整个下梁在有无裂纹两种状态下应力场进行有限元建模与分析,计算结果为应急预案的制定提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 It focuses on the fore crack in the bottom lower-beam of 80 MN hydraulic press. The model of finite-element was built to analysis the field of stress that the cracks are or not in all lower-beam of 80 MN hydraulic press. The result of calculation offers scientific basis to draft a program and to prevent the emergency happening.
