【Abstract】 Rule by constitution is the key to rule of law. The authority of the constitution lies in a good constitution which keeps a dynamic harmony in the stability and adaptability of its norms. It is an imperative demand to have the constitution amended at proper times. There exist some fatal defects in our living constitution. The amendment suggestions stress a stronger protection of the property right of the citizens in more than one aspect, which will give a great push to creating more employments, accumulating more wealth and the protection and development of human rights.更多还原
