【Abstract】 After “Separation of generations and grid” and “Competition on the grid”, independent power generator will be a primary part of Chinese future power market. The core for independent power generators’ existence and growth is corporate finance, which includes capital budgeting, financing decisions and capital structure, and dividend policy.
