【摘要】 文章首先回顾了物质资本、人力资本及企业所有权安排的有关文献,提出了人力资本和物质资本一样应该获得企业所有权的观点。在此基础上,分析了一般性股份公司、风险投资企业内部的所有权安排,对其各种各样的所有权安排我们认为这是人力资本获得企业所有权的一种体现。随着生产力的发展及相关制度的完善,人力资本获得企业所有权应该是一种趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper firstly reviews the literature on human capital,material capital and enterprise ownership arrangement,bringing forward the view that human capital should acquire the enterprise ownership as material capital.On the basis,this paper analyses the insider ownership arrangement of corporation and venture capital enterprise.We consider that all kinds of ownership arrangement is the embodiment of human capital which acquires enterprise ownership.With the development of productivity and the consummation of relevant system,it is the trend for human capital to acquire enterprise ownership.更多还原
