【Abstract】 Everyone will face with many choices about vocation in his life, so he will encounter many career decision-making difficulties. This article introduced the SWOT analysis which was usually used in modern enterprise’s strategic management and the SWOT matrix, and discussed the possibility of using the SWOT analysis in the career decision-making. Then the text explained in detail how to use the SWOT analysis in the career decision-making process,finally told us the shortage of the SWOT analysis method and put forward some counter plans.更多还原
