调节阀内三维流动与启闭过程的数值模拟及分析

【摘要】 运用计算流体力学方法(CFD)对调节阀的定常与非定常水力特性进行了数值模拟.定常模拟得到各种开度下的三维流场分布以及压降与流量的特性曲线,特性曲线与试验结果相吻合.非定常计算模拟了阀门开启和关闭过程中流动特性的变化,得到流量和阀芯轴向力随时间变化曲线,并对启闭速度的影响进行了分析.

【Abstract】 The CFD method is employed to simulate numerically the steady and unsteady hydraulic characteristics of an ATS control valve.The steady simulations provide the three dimensional distribu- tion of the flow field and the hydraulic characteristic curves of flow rate and pressure drop under vari- ous openings.The comparison between the calculated and experimental results shows good coinci- dence.The unsteady change during the opening and closing process of the valve are simulated numeri- cally.The curves of the flow rate and the axial force exerting on the valve cone by the fluid changing with the time are given and the analysis of the influence of the opening and closing velocities is carried out.
