空调客车厢体结构传热数值分析
Numerical heat transfer analysis of the air-conditioning bus envelope
【摘要】 将空调汽车的围护结构视为由多层不同的材料及钢制骨架构成的复杂平板结构,以太阳辐射和强迫对流为外边界条件,数值分析了非稳态情况下复杂结构平板三维温度场分布.结果表明,车身的骨架结构引起的热桥传热造成的局部附加热损失较大,对车室内的空调负荷影响不能忽略.
【Abstract】 The air-conditioning bus envelope can be regarded as complex flat plate structure made of multilayer different materials with steel framework.The 3-D unsteady temperature field in the air conditioning bus envelope under the solar radiation and the air forced convection is numerically analysed.The results indicate that the heat losing by the heat bridge is important and can not be ignored in the air condition load estimation.
