【摘要】 研究了栀子黄色素的浸提工艺与精制工艺。以600g/L乙醇水溶液为浸提剂,浸提时间2h,浸提温度50℃,提取级数2级,料液比1∶12,粗提液经减压干燥后得棕黄色粉末,色价为41.36;以葡聚糖凝胶为支持剂,有效柱高50,柱径1.2,加样量1.8ml,以蒸馏水为洗脱剂,洗脱流速1.0ml/min,收集液经非极性大孔树脂吸附后,用无水乙醇洗脱,洗脱液经减压干燥后得黄色粉末,色价为645。更多还原
