【摘要】 从理论与实践两方面分析了山西省耕地面积变化情况,在此基础上提出了对山西省耕地面积变化产生影响的各种因素因子,并用经济计量分析法对这些因素因子进行了剔除,找出了与耕地面积变化密切相关的因子,并进行了耕地面积变化的预测分析。提出了正确处理耕地减少与经济发展关系的对策建议,即提高耕地非农化的成本,强化耕地的法律保护,发展节水型农业技术,控制人口增长,加强土地复垦和土地整理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The changes of agriculture acreage of Shanxi are analysed from two aspects of theory and demonstration in this paper. A kinds of factors is put forward that exert an influence on the change of Agriculture Acreage, and some factors are rejected by the method of economy-estimate. The factors correlated with closely changing in Agriculture Acreage are found out. Finally,this paper put forward some recommendations in consideration of the relationship between the decreasing of cultivated land and economic growth: raising the cost of transforming cultivated land into other use; Enhancing the method of protecting cultivated land; developing the technology of saving-water agricultural;controling the population increasing; strengthening land-resuming and land arrangement.更多还原
