聚天冬氨酸和钨酸钠复配对模拟水中黄铜的缓蚀作用研究
Complex of PASP and sodium tungstate as inhibitors for brass corrosion in simulated water
【摘要】 采用交流阻抗法和极化曲线法,研究了两种环境友好型水处理药剂聚冬天氨酸和钨酸钠的单一配方以及复配对模拟水中黄铜的缓蚀效果。研究表明:聚冬天氨酸和钨酸钠各自的单一配方对于黄铜均具有一定的缓蚀效果,在缓蚀剂总浓度为20 mg/L时,聚冬天氨酸与钨酸钠配比为6∶1时对黄铜的缓蚀效果最佳,并具有协同效应。极化曲线研究表明PASP和Na2WO4复配对黄铜的缓蚀机理主要为阳极性缓蚀剂。
【Abstract】 The AC impedance method and polarization curves were used to study the inhibition effects of environmental friendly chemicals PASP,Na2WO4,and the complex of PASP and Na2WO4 for brass corrosion in simulated water.The results indicate that PASP and Na2WO4 both have the inhibition effect for brass corrosion.At the total inhibitor concentration of 40 mg/L,the combination of PASP and Na2WO4 has a good synergistic effect,and the optimum ratio of PASP to Na2WO4 is 6:1.Polarization curve measurements show that the inhibition mechanism of the complex of PASP and Na2WO4 is anodic inhibitor.
