【摘要】 降低高土壤电阻率地区大型变电站接地电阻受到普遍关注,介绍了浙江绍兴500kV兰亭枢纽变电站接地网设计和首次改造的概况,讨论了降低接地电阻值的效果,对现行电力行业标准中规定的接地网不能满足R≤200/I时要求采取防止转移电位、验算接触电位差及跨步电位差等措施进行了分析。

【Abstract】 To reduce the ground resistance of large substations in areas with high soil resistivity is attracting much attention. The ground grid design of 500 kV Lanting load-center substation in Shaoxing of Zhejiang is introduced, as well as its first retrofit. The effect of the reduction of the ground resistance is also discussed. It is stipulated in the prevailing electric industry standards that when the ground grid does not meet the requirement of R200/I, the measurements of preventing transferred potential, calculating contact-potential difference and step potential difference should be adopted. The above measurements are analyzed.
