燃料电池发动机水热管理系统设计研究
Study on design of water and heat management system of fuel cell engine
【摘要】 介绍了质子交换膜燃料电池的工作原理与特点,分析了保持燃料电池内部水平衡和热平衡的必要性,根据东风电动汽车有限公司25kW燃料电池发动机的设计参数,计算出空气和氢气的加湿量及电堆的散热量,设计出了一套有效的燃料电池发动机水热管理系统方案。
【Abstract】 The working principle and features of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) were introduced and the necessity of keeping the water and heat balance within the fuel cell was analyzed. The humidification of the gas and the heat radiation of the circulating water were calculated according to the design parameters of the 25 kW fuel cell engine of Dongfeng Electric Mobile Lo.,Ltd.and an effective water and heat management system of fuel cell engine was put forward.
