基于CPC的大型定制产品全寿命敏捷供应链信息模型研究

【摘要】 阐述了基于CPC理念的大型定制产品全寿命供应链的功能及其管理目标。为了达到全寿命敏捷设计、制造和供应的目的,在产品设计阶段组成动态联盟,并进行基于CPC平台的全寿命协同设计,生成产品功能配置、制造装配、使用维修信息视图及产品配套计划。再与B2B和B2C供应模式结合,形成制造和使用维修阶段(包括现代化改装)的采购信息视图。论述以上信息视图之间关系的建立是实现供应链信息共享的技术基础。

【Abstract】 The function and the management goal of the life cycle agile supply chain (LASC) for the big customized products are presented based on CPC(collaborative product commerce) concept. The dynamic alliance for the product is established in the design stage so as to reach the goal of agile design, manufacturing and supply. The cooperative design in product life cycle on CPC platform is processed. The structure and the function configuration, the manufacturing and assembly, the operation and maintenance as well as the product supply planning are generated in this stage. They are integrated with B2B and B2C models to form two procurement information views for manufacturing as well as for operation and maintenance. The relations among all information views are described and the technique for implementing the LASC information share are discussed.
