【摘要】 目的:研究中药和西药的配伍和临床应用。方法:通过文献调查收集,整理中药和西药的配伍应用知识。结果:中药和西药的配伍应用相当普遍,有的降低疗效甚至产生毒性、导致药源性疾病,有的能提高疗效。结论:了解中西药的化学成分及相互作用机理是合理配伍中西药以提高临床疗效的前提。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This article is intended to describe the compatibility between Chinese herbs and western medicine. Methods: Making a textual research on the knowledge about the compatibility and clinical application between Chinese herbs and western medicine.Results: It is very common that Chinese herbs are used in combination with western medicine. Some combinations can decrease the clinical effects or induce toxicity and drug –disease. But the clinical effects could be increased if they are used properly.Conclusion:It is very important to understand the difference of theories of Chinese herbs and western medicine .In order to increase the clinical effects, the chemical ingredients and interaction between Chinese herbs and western medicine should be studied.更多还原
