【摘要】 目的:探讨拱形护理架对尿道下裂矫正术后护理的效果。方法:100例尿道下裂矫正术患者随机分为拱形架护理组(50例)及常规护理组(50例)两组,常规护理组采用常规尿道下裂矫正术后常规护理,拱形架护理组在常规护理的基础上,采用自行设计制作的拱形护理架作为离被护理架,置于尿道下裂矫正术后患孩的病床上,进行术后护理,比较两组患者的手术后尿瘘、尿道狭窄、疼痛、排尿无力、手术后感染发生率及住院时间。结果:拱形架护理组便于观察会阴部及引流情况;伤口受到磨擦和引流管易移位明显减少;下半身既可保暖又能透气;满足患者特殊心理需要,同时减少会阴部的暴露达到遮羞。手术后尿瘘、尿道狭窄、疼痛、排尿无力、手术后感染发生率比常规护理明显降低,住院时间均比常规护理明显减少。结论:拱形护理架对尿道下裂矫正术后护理设备简单,操作方便,费用低廉,护理效果佳,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The aim of the study is to explore the nursing effect of self-designed arch nursing frame to the patients with post-operation of hypospadias. Method:100 patients with post-operation of hypospadias were randomly divided into two group (arch nursing frame group 50 cases and conventional nursing group 50 cases ), the patients conventional nursing group were performed conventional nursing,and the patients in arch nursing frame group were given self-designed arch nursing frame to nurse on the base of conventional nursing. To place the self-designed arch nursing frame which were regarded frame for partitioning the qulit below the children after operation of hypospadias in order to do well in nusing the chidren. Result:The arch nursing frame do benefit in observing the draining of perineal region and avoiding the scrape to the wound, reducing the shifting of draining tube , and can keep body warm and gas permeation in the inferial half-body, satisfying the especial psychological need in the children and sheltering the perineal region from exposing. The incidence rate of urinary fistula, urethrostenosis, pain, acraturesis, postoperative infection , length of stay were obviously lower in arch nursing frame group than that in conventional nursing, and the length of stay was significant reduced in arch nursing frame group than that in conventional nursing. Conclusion:The nursing method has the characteristic of simple and convenient, lower cost , significant nursing effect , higher value of generalization.更多还原
