【摘要】 目的:观察硬膜外麻醉下行腰间盘突出髓核摘除术病人外周血免疫相关因子CD3、CD4、CD8、CD20、IL-2、INF-γ的含量变化,探讨罗哌卡因对淋巴免疫的影响,从而指导围术期麻醉用药及管理。方法:收集30例运用罗哌卡因进行硬膜外麻醉实施腰间盘突出髓核摘除术患者麻醉用药前1h、术后24h及术后48h外周血,利用流式细胞仪测不同时相CD3、CD4、CD8、CD20、IL-2、INF-γ的含量。结果:术后患者CD3无明显变化,CD4、CD20、IL-2、INF-γ含量升高,CD8含量降低。结论:运用罗哌卡因麻醉的术后患者T淋巴细胞及B淋巴细胞增多,细胞因子分泌增加,无明显免疫抑制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of ropivacaine on lymphocyte immunity. Method: 30 patients undergoing lumbar diskectomy suffer epidural anesthesia with ropivacaine. Venous blood samples were collected to measure the contents of CD₃, CD₄, CD₈, CD 20 , IL-2, and INF-γ. Result: After operation, the contents of CD₄, CD 20 , IL-2 and INF-γ were increased, that of CD₃ was constant and that of CD₈ was decreased. Conclusion: Ropivacatine has not marked influence on lymphocyte immunity.更多还原
