【摘要】 目的:观察米力农治疗顽固性心力衰竭的疗效及安全性。方法:顽固性心力衰竭患者130例,随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组65例。对照组常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上以米力农10mg加入5%葡萄糖250ml中静滴6h,每日一次,共7d。结果:米力农的临床总有效率为90.7%,对左室收缩和舒张功能均有明显改善,未见不良反应。结论:米力农治疗顽固性心力衰竭安全有效,无明显毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Milrinone in the treatment of refractory heart failure. Method: 130 cases of patients with refractory heart failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, the former was treated with routine continuously and the latter was together with milrinone infusion 10mg in 5% glucose 250ml continued for 6h/d, for 7 days.Result: The total clinical response rate was 90.7% , Milrinone significantly improved left ventricular systolic and diastolic function. Conclusion: Milrinone is an effective and safe drug, which can improve the left ventricular function in patients with refractory heart failure.更多还原
