【摘要】 目的:探讨血液灌流抢救重度有机磷中毒患者的最佳护理。方法:应用JMSSDS-20透析机和珠海丽珠医用生物材料有限公司生产的HA型血液灌流器对24例急性重度有机磷中毒患者进行血液灌流,并充分做好灌流前准备,灌流中监护,灌流后的护理,及时处理并发症,防止不良反应发生。结果:22例抢救成功治愈出院,2例死亡。结论:加强血液灌流中的各项护理工作,严格执行操作规程,预防交叉感染,防止并发症等护理措施是抢救重度有机磷中毒病人成功的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To find the best nursing method for the phosphous poisoning patients in blood infusion course. Method : 24 cases severe phosphous poisoning patients were infu sed the blood with two kinds of machine .All of the cases were prepared through ly , detecting and nursing in the courses , dealed with the complications. in order to advoid the the effect occure.Result : 22 cases were cu red , 2 cases dead .
