【摘要】 目的:探讨胫骨平台骨折的治疗方法。方法:通过对手术治疗39例胫骨平台骨折做回顾性总结分析。结果:39例随访35例,按KDLMERT膝关节功能恢复标准,膝关节功能优良者30例(85.7%)可差者5例(14.3%)。结论:我们认为,不同类型的胫骨平台骨折采用不同的手术方法,对合并症的准确判断、处理和正确有效的功能锻炼,是提高手术效果的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To mana ge the methods of treatment of fracture of tibial plateau.Method:To analyze and summary with review for treatmant of fracture of tibial plateau of 39 cases.Result:35 cases for follow-up in 39 cases of tibial ptateau.the eva luation of knee joint function recovery was based on KDLMERT standard in 30 cases of the recovery of knee joint function was excellent (85.7%), whereas the re covery was poor in 5 cases(14.3%).
