【摘要】 目的:观察新通注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:160例冠心病心绞痛患者,按1:1的比例,随机分为两组。以新通注射液12ml加入5%葡萄糖液500ml静滴治疗为治疗组,以复方丹参针12ml加入5%葡萄糖液500ml静滴治疗为对照组,(有糖尿病者改用生理盐水稀释)。均每日一次,连续治疗2周,观察治疗前后心绞痛症状、心电图的变化。结果:心绞痛症状疗效:治疗组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率72.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);心电图疗效:治疗组总有效率65.0%,对照组总有效率42.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:新通注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效可靠,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of Xin-tong injection on patients with Angina Pectoris. Methods: In the proporion of one to one, 160 cases angina pectoris patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,80 cases of treatment group with Xin-tong Injection 12 ml +5%GS 500ml iv drip and 80 cases of control group with Dan-shen injection 12 ml +5%GS 500ml iv drip(0.9%NS was used in patients with DM), Every case was treated qd for two weeks. The symptom and EKG changes of angina pectoris were observed before and after treatment. Results: On symptom effect, the general effective rate of treatment group was 97.5%, and the general effective rate of control group was 72.5%, there was significant difference between them (P<0.01). On ECG change, the general effective rate of treatment group was 65.0%, and the general effective rate of control group was 42.5%, there was significant difference between them (P<0.01).
