【摘要】 目的:探讨D-二聚体在心肌梗死溶栓治疗中的临床意义。方法:用ELSA法定量检测未溶栓及溶栓前后D-二聚体的含量。结果:心肌梗死未溶栓患者短时间内D-二聚体含量无显著差异。溶栓再通患者D-二聚体在短时间内下降有显著差异(p<0.01)。结论:D-二聚体检测可能反映心肌梗死溶栓再通有一定意义,并指导临床用药,可作为观察尿激酶类药物用量足否的一个指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This study is designed to determine the clinical significance of D-dimer (DD) in myocardial infarction treatm ent. Method: We examined the content of DD during the process of thromboly sis by performing ELSA .Result:The patient without thrombolysis treatment whose content of DD had no striking diffe rence in a short time.The content of DD of thrombolysis treatment patient was do wn regulated (p<0.01).Conclusion:It is suggest that DD check might reflect thrombolysis treatment has certain significance and can guide clinical.更多还原
