【摘要】 目的:探讨分析中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎的疗效以及可行性。方法:回顾分析我院1994年1月至2004年5月收治的行中西医结合治疗的急性重症胰腺炎病人61例的治疗情况,与以往行手术治疗的治疗效果进行比较。结果:治愈44例,治愈率72%,中转手术3例,死亡14例,死亡率24%,并发症发生率43%。结论:中西医结合方法治疗急性重症胰腺炎的效果良好,可明显降低并发症发生率及死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze retrospectively the therapeutic effect and possibility of severe acute pancreatitis SAP treated by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Method: From January 1994 to May 2004, 61 patients of SAP had been treated by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, the effects were compared with the control cases only treated with operation. Result: Forty-four patients (72%) were cured, 14 cases (24%) were died, and 3 cases were operated again. The rate of complications was 43%.Conclusion: The complications and death rate of SAP were decreased obviously treated by methods of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, good results were reached.更多还原
