【摘要】 目的:比较针灸加穴位埋线方法与单纯针灸方法治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果,进而摸索治疗支气管哮喘病治疗的更佳方案。方法:采用前瞻性随机对照研究方法,将哮喘治疗的病人分为实验组与对照组,实验组采用针灸加穴位埋线法;对照组单纯使用针灸方法。结果:实验组112例病人经过治疗的总有效率为89.3%,对照组107例病人的总有效率为72.8%,经统计学处理差异显著(p<0.05),提示实验组疗效优于对照组。结论:针灸加穴位埋线的方法治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果优于单纯针灸的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Compare the clinical effects of acupoint catgut embedding acupuncture therapy with single therapy of acupuncture, to research a better therapy for healing bronchial asthma. Method:By taking the foreseeing stochastic comparative method, separate the patients into testing group and comparative group. The testing group takes acupoint catgut embedding acupuncture therapy while the comparative group takes only acupuncture therapy. Result:The effective rate of the 112 patients of the testing group is 89.3% while the 107 patients of the comparative group is 72.9%. The statistics difference is abundant (p<0.05), which means the healing effect of the testing group is better than the comparative group. Conclusion:The acupoint catgut embedding acupuncture therapy is a better therapy in clinic effect than the acupoint therapy in healing bronchial asthma.更多还原
