【摘要】 目的:探讨前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血的有效治疗措施。方法:对2003年1月至2005年1月在我院用子宫腔填塞碘伏纱条治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血24例进行回顾分析。结果:24例前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血用子宫腔填塞碘伏纱条均获成功止血,24～30h后经阴道顺利取出,未发生阴道大出血,产后42d随访20例,子宫复旧良好。结论:子宫腔填塞碘伏纱条是治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To pursuit the efficient treatment on blood in the caesarean of placenta previa. Method: 24 cases having a great deal of blood during the caesarean of placenta previa from January 2003 to January 2005 in our hospital were restrospectively analyzed. In those cases iodine gauzes were stuffed into uterus. Results: According to the means, all the women were successful to stop blood. From 24 to 30 hours later, the women didn’t have blood again after take gauzes out from vagina. Following up 20 cases, the involution of uterus were preface after 42 days from delivery day. Conclusion: Filling iodine gauzes in uterus is a good method to manage blood in the caesarean of placenta previa.更多还原
