【摘要】 目的:探讨糖尿病患者急性化脓性胆管炎的临床特点及治疗手段。方法:对 40 例手术治疗的糖尿病患者病例资料进行回顾分析。结果:本组病例治愈率为 95%(38/40),病死率为 5%(2/40),本组病人行经皮胆总管穿刺引流(PTCD)成功率 88.9%(8/9)。结论:急性化脓性胆管炎发生在糖尿病患者时病情进展快、预后差,加强围手术期处理,积极手术或PTCD可以提高生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the clincical features and treatment of acute suppurative cholangitis in patients with diabetes. Method: A total of 40 cases acute suppurative cholangitis patients with diabetes had received operation.Results: in the 40 cases ,38 patients who acquired satisfactory. 2 cases were died. 8 cases were successful in the 9 patients who received PTCD operation.Conclusion: Acute suppurative cholangitis in patients with diabetes are severly, progress of these patient’s conditions are rapid, our surgeon must impose on preoperative management and operation or PTCD early to improve the surival rate.更多还原
