【摘要】 目的 :观察阿魏酸钠治疗老年慢性肺心病加重期的疗效。方法 :将 88例年龄≥ 6 0岁的慢性肺心病患者随机分为二组 ,治疗组 4 4例在传统综合疗法的基础上加用阿魏酸钠 ,对照组 4 4例采用传统的综合疗法。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 90 .9% ,对照组总有效率为 6 3.6 %。两组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗组血液流变学指标较对照组在治疗后明显好转 (t值 4 .4 3～ 10 .5 3,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :阿魏酸钠治疗慢性肺心病加重期能提高疗效 ,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of sodium ferulate in aged patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in worsened stage.Method:88 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups.In therapy group(n=44),sodium ferulate was added besides the tranditional comprehensive therapy,in control group(n=44),tranditional comprehensive therapy was used.Result:Effective rate was 90.9% in therapy group,63.6% in control group(p<0.01).Improving of index for blood theology after therapy was more clearer in therapy group than control group(t=4.43～10.53,p<0.01).Conclusion:Sodium ferulate can increase the effect in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in worsened stage and was worth popularizing.更多还原
