PBO纤维原纤化方法的研究
Methods of PBO fiber fibrillation
【摘要】 采用化学和物理的方法对PBO纤维表面进行改性,利用扫描电镜和比表面积等表征手段,研究了PBO纤维原纤化的方法。结果表明:PBO纤维经过质量分数为0.5%的刻蚀液刻蚀3 min,70℃下润胀剂K 润胀12 h和物理剪切8 min后,PBO纤维表面粗糙程度得到很大提高,其主干被藤状的微细纤维缠绕,有部分原纤从主干上脱落,纤维的比表面积从原纤的0.73 m2/g增至12.94 m2/g,实现了原纤化。
【Abstract】 The surface modification of PBO fiber was conducted through the combination of chemical and physical methods. The fibrillation methods of PBO fiber were studied by scanning electron microscopy and specific surface area characterization. The results showed that the surface roughness of PBO fiber can be improved greatly after etching for 3 min in a 5% solution by mass fraction, swelling for 12 h in presence of swelling agent K at 70t and mechanical cutting for 8 min. And the fibrillation occurred when the trunk of PBO fiber was surrounded by caney microfiber and some parts of the fiber were peeled off. As a result, the specific surface area was increased to 12. 94 m /g from 0. 73 m2/g.
