载银纳米氧化锌改性PET纤维研究
Study on PET fiber modified by silver-carrying zinc oxide nanoparticles
【摘要】 用T-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷处理过的载银纳米氧化锌抗菌剂与PET共混制得PET抗菌母粒,通过复合纺丝制得抗菌剂质量分数为1%的皮芯型抗菌PET纤维。结果表明:抗菌剂在抗菌PET纤维中均匀分散,抗菌PET纤维对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率均达99%以上;抗菌PET纤维较PET纤维强度和结晶度有所下降,玻璃化转变温度有所提高,熔点和结晶温度变化不大。
【Abstract】 An antibacterial PET fiber with antibacterial agent content of 1 % by mass fraction can be produced via composite spinning from antibacterial PET masterbatch containing PET and silver-carrying nano-zinc oxide antibacterial agent treated with T-aminopropyl triethoxy silane. The results showed that the antibacterial agent dispersed in antibacterial PET fiber uniformly; and the obtained antibacterial PET fiber had the antibacterial efficiency above 99% against staphylococcus aureus and coliform bacillus and showed lower strength and crystallinity, higher glass transition temperature and almost unchanged melting point and crystallization temperature, as compared with PET fiber.
