超高相对分子质量聚乙烯冻胶的流变行为研究
Rheological study on ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene gel
【摘要】 研究了超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)冻胶的流变特性,以及温度、相对分子质量对冻胶 的lgη_a-lgγ流动曲线、非牛顿指数和结构粘度指数的影响。结果表明:UHMWPE冻胶属于宾汉流体,具 有明显的非牛顿性,结构粘度指数随UHMWPE相对分子质量的增大而增大,随冻胶温度的升高而降低。
【Abstract】 The rheological behavior of ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) gel was studied, as were the effects of temperature and molecular weight on lgηa -lgγ flow curve, non-Newtonian index and structural viscosity index of the gel. The results showed that UHMWPE gel belonged to Bingham fluid and showed distinct non-Newtonian behavior. The structural viscosity index was increased while increasing UHMWPE molecular weight and was decreased while increasing gel temperature.
