密封条结构的非线性分析与优化设计
Nonlinear analysis and optimization design of seal structure
【摘要】 利用非线性有限元法分析了密封条的压缩受力变形特性,根据结构力学原理对密封条横截面形状进行了优化。结果表明,在压缩的3个阶段,密封条结构中下泡管左侧和上下泡管连接处承受了较大的变形,其压缩负荷之比为0.678∶1∶1.3,超出了汽车生产厂家规定的指标极限0.778∶1∶1.113。结构优化后,其下泡管左侧壁厚增大,上下泡管连接处的壁厚减小,压缩负荷曲线比原结构的较为平缓,三阶段压缩负荷之比为0.788∶1∶1.114。
【Abstract】 Using nonlinear finite element method,the compression load deflection of the seal was analyzed and cross sectional shape of the seal was optimized.The results showed that there were greater deformations in the left side of below bulb and joint between the below bulb and the above bulb of the seal.The ratio of the load of three compression stages was 0.678∶1∶1.,which overtopped limit range of desired value prescribed by automobile manufacturer.The left side wall of below bulb became thinner and joint wall between the below bulb and the above bulb of the optimized shape became thicker than that of(original) shape of the seal.The curve slope of compression load of the optimized shape was flatter than that of original shape of the seal.The ratio of the load of three compression stages was 0.788∶1∶1.114.
