顺丁橡胶/有机蒙脱土纳米复合材料的拉伸应力-应变行为 Ⅰ.应力-应变曲线及其理论模拟
Tensile stress-strain behavior of butadiene rubber/organo-montmorillonite nanocomposite Ⅰ.Stress-strain curves and its simulation
【摘要】 用二甲基双氢化牛脂基氯化铵改性的钠基蒙脱土(Na-MMT)通过熔融共混法制备了插层型顺丁橡胶(BR)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料,研究了单轴拉伸时Na-MMT、OMMT、白炭黑及炭黑增强BR的应力-应变行为,采用Gregory提出的储能函数形式描述了Na-MMT、OMMT、白炭黑及炭黑增强BR的拉伸应力-应变曲线。结果表明,BR/OMMT纳米复合材料的力学性能优于Na-MMT填充BR硫化胶;当应变为0~900%时,根据储能函数形式所得到的应力-应变理论曲线均能与实验数据很好的符合。
【Abstract】 The intercalated butadiene rubber (BR)/organo-montmorillonite (OMMT) nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending BR with Na-MMT modified with dimethyl dihydrogenated tallow ammonium chloride. The tensile stress-strain behavior of montmorillonite (Na-MMT), OMMT, precipitated silica and carbon black filled BR vulcanizates were investigated. Gregory’s hypothetic form for the stored energy function was adopted to study the stress-strain behavior of these vulcanizates in uniaxial tension. The results showed that the mechanical properties of BR/OMMT nanocomposite were much higher than those of BR vulcanizate filled with Na-MMT. The theory stress-strain curve gave a very good fit to the experimental data for all BR vulcanizates with stain 0~900%.
