三元乙丙橡胶的复合交联
Multiplicity crosslinking of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer
【摘要】 采用过氧化二异丙苯 (DCP)和由促进剂M、促进剂TRA、促进剂BZ及硫黄组成的硫化体系对三元乙丙橡胶实施复合交联 ,研究了复合交联体系对混炼胶的硫化特性、硫化胶的力学性能及耐老化性能的影响 ,确定了该体系复合交联的配方和工艺优化设计的思路。结果表明 ,由促进剂M 0 5份 ,促进剂TRA 0 2份 ,促进剂BZ 0 8份 ,S 1 0份 ,DCP 2 0份组成的复合交联体系硫化胶综合性能好 ,DCP宜在硫黄硫化体系混炼胶停放 72h后加入。
【Abstract】 The effects of vulcanization properties of compounds and mechanical properties and aging-resistance properties of vulcanizate of multiplicity crosslinked ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) by sulfur accelerant system consisting of accelerator M, accelerator TRA, accelerator BZ,sulpher and dicumyl peroxide (DCP) were studied. The prospective optimization designation of recipe and processing technique of multiplicity crosslinked EPDM were found. The results showed that EPDM vulcanizate cured by multiplicity crosslinking recipe consisting of accelerator M 0.5 phr, accelerator TRA 0.2 phr, accelerator BZ 0.8 phr, S 1.0 phr and DCP 2.0 phr had perfectly total preperties, moreover, DCP mixed in the compound 72 h later from cure system except DCP blended into the compound had better effects.
