ABS/SPVC共混体系的相态结构与力学性能
Phase structure and mechanical properties of ABS/SPVC blending system
【摘要】 研究了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/软聚氯乙烯(SPVC)共混体系的相态结构和力学性能。结果表明,随着体系中ABS含量的增加,其断裂伸长率上升,拉伸强度和弹性模量下降;当ω(ABS)为70%时,缺口冲击强度出现了最大值(90kJ/m~2),此时,ABS/SPVC共混体系的相态呈现网状结构。
【Abstract】 This paper studied the phase structure and mechanical properties of the blending system consisting of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer and soft poly(vinyl chloride) (ABS/SPVC).The result shows that as ABS content in the system rises the elongation at break monotonously ascends while the tensile strength and elastic modulus monotonously descends.When ABS content reaches 70%,a maximum value (90 kJ/m~2) in the notched impact strength appears and at the same time,the phase state of ABS/SPVC blending system presents a reticular structure.
