无卤阻燃硅烷交联聚乙烯/橡胶的制备及性能
Preparation and properties of halogen-free flame retardant and silane crosslinked polyethylene/elastomer composites
【摘要】 研究了氧氧化镁(MH)和微胶囊化红磷(MRP)不同添加量及不同配比对硅烷交联聚乙烯(SXPE)体系的氧指数、热释放速率、发烟量等燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,MRP对MH阻燃SXPE有协效作用,添加适量的MRP,SXPE/MH/MRP体系(PRMH2)的氧指数最高达37.5%三元乙丙橡胶改善SXPE/MH体系力学性能的同时.阻燃性能也大幅度提高,阻燃级别由UL—94 V-1级提高到VL—94 V-0级
【Abstract】 The effect of magnesium hydroxide (MH) content,microcapsulated red phosphorous (MRP) content,the ratio of MH/MRP and addition of an elastomer on the combustion characteristics of the silane crosslinked polyethylene (SXPE) composites were studied by the limited oxygen index (OI) and conical calorimeter test. The results show that MRP plays a role of flame retardant synergist;the OI value of SXPE/MH/MRP system attains up to 37.5% after adding proper amount of MRP.Moreover,the partial replacement of PE with ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) in the SXPE/MH composite improves not only the mechanical properties,but also the flame retardance,which is upgraded from UL—94 V-1 to UL—94 V-0.
