镍(Ⅳ)引发丙烯酸甲酯在聚乙二醇上嵌段共聚合
Block copolymerization of methyl acrylate onto poly(ethylene glycol) initiated by potassium diperiodatonickelate (Ⅳ)
【摘要】 以二羟基二过碘酸合镍(Ⅳ)钾[简称Ni(Ⅳ)]为引发剂,在碱性介质中引发丙烯酸甲酯(MA)在聚乙二醇(PEG)上自由基嵌段共聚合。采用红外光谱、热重分析、核磁共振、扫描电子显微镜等方法对嵌段共聚物进行了表征;研究了MA与PEG的质量比、引发剂浓度、反应温度、反应时间对嵌段共聚合参散的影响.获得了嵌段共聚合的最佳条件:m(MA)/m(PEG)为7.2;Ni(Ⅳ)浓度为1.88mmol/L;反应温度为40℃;反应时间为60min。
【Abstract】 The free radical block copolymerization of methyl acrylate (MA) onto polyethylene glycol (PEG) was carried out with potassium diperiodatonickelate (Ⅳ) as initiator in aqueous alkaline medium. The block copolymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, hydrogen spectrum of nuclear magnetic resonance and electron scanning microscopy. The effects of MA/PEG mass ratio, initiator concentration, reaction temperature and reaction time on parameters of the block copolymerization were studied. The optimum conditions for the block copolymerization were acquired, comprising m(MA)/ m(PEG) of 7.2, Ni(Ⅳ) concentration 1.88 mmol/L, reaction temperature 40 ℃ and reaction time 60 min.
