3种云杉小孢子母细胞减数分裂研究

【摘要】 对小孢子母细胞(PMCs)减数分裂的全程观察和统计分析表明,跟裸子植物其他类群相比,3种云杉植物在减数分裂过程中染色体的行为高度保守。3种云杉的PMCs中环状二价体的频率和配对指数较高,异常分裂现象的频率较低,表明云杉属植物的同源染色体间分化程度少,染色体组在减数分裂过程中表现出高度的保守性,与其高度保守的有丝分裂核型较一致。有丝分裂核型较对称的长叶云杉在减数分裂过程中染色体的行为比白扦和青扦更加保守。

【Abstract】 The meiotic behavior of three species of the genus Picea was investigated using pollen mother cells(PMCs).The number of ring bivalent per PMCs and the meiotic index were higher,while the frequency of irregularities was lower in all the three species than in other gymnosperms.It was shown that the genomes of Picea were highly stable and that there was slight differentiation among homologous chromosomes in Picea,confirming the previous mitotic analyses.Picea smithiana showed more highly stable in meioses than P.meyeri and P.Wilsonii.
