【Abstract】 In wartime for the Agrarian Revolutionary War, the land legislation was one of the most important legislation of Soviet’ s regime. Its " land law of Jinggang Mountain " , " provisional law of land " , " republic’s land law of Chinese Soviet " etc. , had certain initiatives in China’ s history. The land decree not only met peasants’ land demand basically, affirmed the peasants’ sacred right of distributing land, but also represented peasants’ fundamental interests, and summarized a successful experience that " land decree is the best guarantee of solving the land problem ".更多还原
