N-(5-对三氟甲基苯基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-基)-N′-芳酰基硫脲的合成及生物活性
Synthesis and Biological Activity of N-[5-(p-trifluoromethyl phenyl)-1,3,4-thiodiazol-2-yl]-N′-aroyl Thioureas
【摘要】 用2-氨基-5-对三氟甲基苯基-1,3,4-噻二唑与芳酰基异硫氰酸酯反应,合成了14种新的标题化合物(3a~3n),其的结构经1H NMR,IR和元素分析确证。室内初步的生物活性测定试验表明,部分标题化合物具有良好的植物生长调节活性,其中3e,3g和3m的生长素活性更好。
【Abstract】 Fourteen kinds of new target compounds(3a~3n) were synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-5-((p)-triftuoromethyl phenyl)-1,3,4-thiodiazole with aroyl isothiocyanates.Their structures were confirmed by ~1H NMR,IR and elemental analysis.The biological activity tests at room temperature showed that 3e,3g and 3m exhibit good activity as plant growth regulator.
