【摘要】 目的观察黄连温胆汤加减治疗非糜烂性反流病的临床疗效。方法将非糜烂性反流病患者50例随机分为2组。治疗组25例采用黄连温胆汤加减治疗,对照组25例以西药高舒达及吗丁啉治疗。2组均1个月为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率为76.0%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。反流性疾病问卷症状积分的改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论黄连温胆汤加减治疗非糜烂性反流病有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Huanglianwendan decoction on patients with non-erosive reflux disease(NERD).Methods 50 patients with non-erosive reflux disease were randomly divided into two groups.25 patients in the treatment group were administrated Huanglianwendan decoction.25 patients in the control group were treated with Gaster and Motilium.Two months was a therapeutic course.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 96.0% and 76.0% respectively(P<0.05).The integrated symptom score significantly lowered after treatment in the treatment group compare with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Huanglianwendan decoction has good therapeutic effect on non-erosive reflux disease.更多还原
